This is perhaps the most important study tip. If you just keep track of the homework your teacher gives you, you may still find yourself scratching around 70%. Homework issues assigned by your teacher are usually the bare minimum, but many students don't get it.
To reach 80-90% and above, you need to study more on your own. This study advice is especially true for higher levels. Ideally, you should devote 5 to 8 hours per week to practicing a subject such as math, physics or chemistry. This is where your textbooks get really neat.
You can then categorize your issues into type 1, type 2, type 3, etc. This is how you organize your knowledge, understand what types of issues are in each unit and how to approach them.
