It is important to know HOW you are achieving your long-term goals. Try to answer these questions (and write down your answers!):
I. Who: Who is involved?
ii. What: What do I want to achieve?
iii. Where: where can you achieve them?
NS. When: Set a time frame
v. Which: Identifying Requirements and Limitations
vi. Why: Specific reasons, goals, or principles for achieving your goal.
Make sure your goal is measurable, meaning you have concrete criteria to measure progress toward achieving any goal you set. When you can measure your progress immediately, you stay on track and are more likely to achieve your goals and meet deadlines.
