Remember to state your goals using positive language. For example, I will do nothing but study in the afternoon, the sounds are muffled. Be more motivating by rephrasing it as “I will study every afternoon for 2 hours before doing other assignments. ° Set goals based on what is important to you academically. For example, if you want to go to high school, set goals to study biology and chemistry in college, and start out doing well in high school classes where you learn the essential information.
